These sessions are created to provide a safe and nurturing space to heal, shift & align your mind, body, and soul, promoting a calm nervous system, reconnecting with your inner guidance, and unlocking your body's natural ability to heal itself. This package includes: • 6 x Root Cause Therapy sessions (allow up to 2 Hours per session ) • Home support (via text or email between sessions) • Please allow up to 2 Hours per Individual RCT Session • A deposit of $250 is required upon booking • Payment plans available if needed
