About Elie...
I didn’t arrive at this work through theory.
I arrived here through fire.
Through the kind of life experiences that make a woman question who she is, what she believes, what she’ll tolerate, and whether she’ll keep surviving on autopilot or finally choose herself.
For years, I lived in patterns I now help women break.
Over-giving.
Silencing myself.
Losing myself in relationships.
Carrying pain in my body.
Functioning while exhausted.
Trying to make sense of trauma while my nervous system was still living inside it.
I had awareness.
I had insight.
I had done the “work.”
But awareness alone didn’t set me free.
What changed everything was learning how trauma lives beneath the words.
In the body.
In the choices.
In the relationships we tolerate.
In the boundaries we don’t hold.
In the version of ourselves we become just to stay safe.
That became the foundation of Divinely Aligned.
Not healing that keeps you circling the wound.
Healing that helps you rise from it.

My Why
My work was born through lived experience.
Through navigating trauma, abusive relationships, grief, chronic pain, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and the deep disconnection that happens when a woman spends years surviving instead of truly living.
For so much of my life, I looked strong on the outside while internally carrying the weight of everything I had been through.
I knew what it felt like to:
silence myself
lose myself in relationships
over-function
ignore my own needs
and mistake survival for strength.
And like so many women I now work with…
I became incredibly good at coping while quietly falling apart underneath it all.
But eventually, survival mode catches up with you.
Your body feels it.
Your nervous system feels it.
Your relationships reflect it.
And deep down… you know something has to change.
That moment became the turning point of my life.
Not because everything magically healed overnight.
But because for the first time, I stopped trying to simply “get through life”... and I started reclaiming myself within it.

"Trauma may shape a woman… but it does not have to define who she becomes."

How It Started
After the breakdown of my marriage, I found myself questioning everything:
my identity
my beliefs
the patterns I had repeated
and the life I had built around survival, responsibility, and holding everything together.
I had spent years searching externally for answers while feeling completely disconnected from myself internally.
And although I had already done years of inner work, self-development, counselling studies, and emotional healing… I still felt the impact of trauma living within my body and nervous system.
That was the beginning of a much deeper awakening.
One that led me into nervous system healing, Root Cause Therapy, embodiment work, holistic healing modalities, trauma-informed practices, and a completely different understanding of what true healing actually requires.
Healing isn’t just about understanding your past.
It’s about learning how to stop living from it.
It’s about rebuilding safety within yourself.
Trusting your voice again.
Changing the patterns you once thought were normal.
And learning how to lead yourself differently.
For the first time in my life, I began feeling:
grounded
connected
empowered and deeply aligned with myself.
What started as my own search for healing slowly evolved into something much greater.
The more I shared my journey, the more women began reaching out... women navigating trauma, abusive relationships, grief, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and patterns they no longer wanted to carry.
And I realised…
This wasn’t just my healing journey anymore.
It had become my life’s work.
Everything I offer today was born through one truth:
Trauma may shape a woman… but it does not have to define who she becomes.
Because healing isn’t about going backwards or returning to who you once were.
It’s about reclaiming your voice.
Your power.
Your truth.
Your boundaries.
Your self-worth.
Your ability to lead yourself and your life differently.
It’s about becoming the woman who no longer abandons herself to survive.
The woman who rises stronger.
Wiser.
More empowered.
More self-led.
The woman you were always capable of becoming.
So if you’re here, reading this, feeling that little pull in your chest…
I want you to know this:
You are not too far gone.
You are not too much.
You are not broken beyond repair.
But you may be done with the version of you who had to survive.
And that version deserves honour.
But she doesn’t get to run the rest of your life.
There is another woman within you.
One who speaks clearly.
Chooses herself.
Trusts her body.
Holds her boundaries.
Stops apologising for her needs.
And walks forward like her life finally belongs to her.
She’s not a fantasy... She’s a decision.
A reclamation.
A rising.
And babe… she’s waiting for you to choose her!
